People.com reports Jessica Simpson, 27, was hospitalized Friday due to a kidney infection. The singer/actress checked into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles Friday with a fever and has since been sent home, her rep tells People. No word on whether Jessica was accompanied by boyfriend/football star Tony Romo.
